The Board of Hindustan Motors has announced the appointment of Manoj Jha as the new Managing Director of the company, who will take over from Ravi Santhanam, who resigned recently. Mr Jha, formerly with the Escorts Group, would take over as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from May 19, 2010 for a period of five years.
