Brief Report - NOBA meeting held on Friday 29th Jan 2010 2:00 PM at Chandragupta Institute of Management, Patna.
Agenda Proposed:
1. In light of the discussion held with Principal Secretary HRD Govt. of Bihar on January 27, 2010 - how members of NOBA Patna and available at other districts in Bihar can contribute in conducting the first part of admission tests as observers for entrance to Simultala Awasiya Vidyalaya and subsequently help in identification of staff and development of the campus.
2. Fee-structure – considering the socio-economic status of the meritorious and talented children of the State and also that they are expected to be enabled to higher intellect and economic stature, they should at least return the cost of training incurred to the alma mater as a token of gratitude after they would be settled at around 25 years of age.

Proceedings:
1. Volunteers as Observers: In spite of the short notice on calls/SMS made by Prof. NN Pandey, 22 members gathered to interact on the matter and they agreed to extend all possible support in true spirit of ATTA DEEPA VIHARATHA. There are 38 districts in Bihar. Members who are already present in the districts may also be requested to present at the centers. Instructions to this effect will be issued by the Govt. and detailed briefing will be me. We need a list of about 50 volunteers. Prof. Sanjay Kumar has been requested to make the list available with the help of the President/Secretary NOBA Patna.
2. Proposed Fee structure: After detailed discussion and seeking expert guidance of elders, it was decided to propose the following fee-structure.
