I have been a quiet spectator of the evolution of Netarhat as a practicing schoolmaster and have admired you all and the place. I have learnt simplicity, genuineness and respect from you people. I wish I could myself do something for the place. As you can see, I am still taking regular classes here without any executive controls. I am called the Chief Mentor at Genesis Global School in Noida. And am enjoying my work here.
Now that I have seen schools like Doon and Scindia and even Mayo very closely, I rate Netarhat higher than them not because my father led the place but because people like you all grew there. Beliefs of Netarhat were simple and meaningful. There was optimism in people there and they all lived their beliefs beside mutual respect and faith – and contentment. You all show this quality even today. How and why? Sheer faith in beliefs and goodness of human beings. You people were more human than others then and are even now.
What more can I say? If I had any financial reserves, I would have sought placement in Netarhat to teach a few junior classes of English and guide them in debating and writing without titles or power. Just be a Mentor to students and staff! God does not always grant fulfilment to one's wishes – or does He? For my family, Netarhat is a rich part of family lore.
The world talks of heritage and culture. Most people cannot comprehend the sanctity and wealth of Netarhat in human terms. Sad! It must not be allowed to fail especially with you there and the Chief Secretary and Home Secretary of Jharkhand from Netarhat only.
