What is NOBA?
NOBA (Netarhat Old Boys’ Association) is the community of former students - both boys and girls - of the Netarhat Vidyalaya, a state-run public school in Jharkhand, India. This community also welcomes current and former teachers and staff as well as current students. NOBA has chapters in many major cities in India and around the world.
