After a long and distinguished 36 year career in SBI : Nihar ji ( officially Vijuy Ronjan ji) retires today . I am privileged to be associated with him since the day he was preparing for SBI interview . He achieved high managerial position is marginal compared to a sensitive , creative , upright and promising person he is.
My association continues and there is no plan to wish him all the best for second innings as the hackneyed expression goes . Many look forward to him and learned from him . He has a mindset of abundance and ability to influence things positively .
