I am sorry to share another painful news. My batchmate (1974 Batch) Shashi Shekhar 564 (Nalanda House) has lost his battle with the virus. I spoke with him on phone just 2 weeks before he stopped messaging in a group. Didn't realize that it was due to the infection that he was quite. We knew of his battle for the last two weeks. He was lucky with the Netarhat network for support in getting a bed, oxygen etc. (that too was after a lot of wait).
I was very close to him during matriculation PL. He left the school after matriculation.
Shocked. Hurt. Angered. Pained. It didn't have to be this way. Totally unnecessary.
RIP my friend, you will always live in my memory. As a very brave man. That's what I messaged him last (not about the virus, but something else personal that he shared with me). 🙏🏿
अत्यंत दुखद। ईश्वर उनकी आत्मा को शांति दे🙏🏻🙏🏻
