With a very heavy heart we regret to inform all that Shri Samar Bose, first batch (1954-60) is no more. Samar da left for heavenly abode at 2.40 pm at Apollo Gleneagles, Kolkata. He had contracted Covid about a couple of weeks ago. His condition deteriorated and became critical. He breathed his last due to renal failure. Mrs Bose is also Corona +ve and in isolation at home.

अत्यंत दुख के साथ बताना पड़ता रहा है कि पूनम भाभी जी ( पत्नी - राजीव रमण, 1979279, रमण आश्रम?) बीते रात हम सबों को छोड़कर ब्रह्म लोक चली गई. पिछले एक महीना से कोविड संक्रमित थी. ईश्वर उनकी आत्मा को शांति और परिवार को दुख सहने की शक्ति दे.🙏🙏

DrShashi Shekhar Jee (64-70 Batch) left for heavenly abode due to post COVID complication at Udaipur. Few months back he had joined as HOD surgery at Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences,Varanasi. May Almighty rest his soul in peace.

Rajvansh Mani Singh Jee (1960391) took his last breathe today at Ranchi. Heartfelt Condolences 💐
He took his last breathe at around 04:30 am at Orchid hospital Ranchi. Since yesterday his Co2 level kept increasing and could not be controlled. Family is doing his last rites from Ranchi itself.
Few days back we had received the detailed update from Abhishek Jee, Elder son of Sri Rajvansh Mani Singh jee.
Since last two three days Papa’s oxygen requirement has again increased and he is able to maintain saturation at 04 liters above only .
Doctors have done tests and X rays to ascertain the reason behind it but nothing unusual has come in reports . Doctors have thus decided to keep him under observation for next two days and then depending on his condition they would shift him to Canine from ICU .
Papa’s was having loose motions for three days and Hemoglobin was also low so one unit blood was given .
As per treating doctors his Chest X ray now is better than before . Papa had been inserted a tube in Chest few days back to flush out extra air accumulated in chest area , this tube has now been removed by doctors .
Papa has acute weakness and his food intake is also very less owing to prolonged hospitalization. Still on slight activity his saturation dips and his oxygen requirement increases so his physiotherapy and out of bed activity like making him sit on chair have been kept on hold .
Papa in himself is satisfied with the present treatment under a pulmonologist . Hoping for his discharge in two three weeks

Another Bad News. Dr Akhilesh Jee, (1961-67) batch succumbed to Corona at Siliguri today. May God bless the departed soul! May God give strength to the family to bear the loss!
We lost Rajeev Jee (1973522, Bhabha) today. May the departed soul rest in peace!
He was serious on ventilator at Tata motors hospital , Jamshedpur. Many of us were following up with his health status and praying for his faster recovery. Few were also in touch with doctors in the hospital there. there was a plan to even airlift him to Delhi but God had another plan for him. Very unfortunate.. heartfelt condolences !!
